I will now apply the concepts extracted from the Thought > Data transition exposed here How Reality Self-Constructs Across Categories of Being (The Dynamic Heart of Reality) to demonstrate exactly how and why Life ultimately generated the human species and the category of Thought.
What makes this extraordinarily metaphysical—and frankly, three orders of magnitude beyond any work ever produced in classical metaphysics—is that the underlying logic remains exactly the same, despite the apparently incommensurable ontological gap between the categories (exemplified by the massive “difference” between a bird, the equation 2+2=4, and a grok data center).
As collateral damage, the following concepts will receive a precise, unified biological and metaphysical definition: thought, human nature, sexuality, the infinity of Thought, human language, the brain’s implementation of thought, the relationship between words and things, and the biological, sexual, and ethnic controls exerted over Thought, among a few others.
All of this is achieved in a single page—not through thousands of pages of Hegelian reading torture. This is exactly the yield you get when operating from the functional [matter-life-thought] multi-categorical framework, rather than the defective [nature-human] bi-categorical framework of traditional Philosophy.

5.2 The transition Life > Thought

The carrier being of the transition toward Thought is the human species.
The two Being-code topology at work in the carrier being: we are living beings, beings under internal control, and beings of Thought—beings under Between control.
Topologically pure beings: the topological equivalent for life of what mathematical creation is for thought is sexuality. The creation of new living forms which previously belonged to selection by external conditions is now internal to the living through the co selection of males and females, who select the forms of the next generation; just as the creation of ideas is usually dependent on external things except in mathematics, where it is betweenized, belongs purely to the Between, and exists by itself. We note that this internalization is concomitant with the appearance of nucleated cells, i.e.,concomitant with improved management of DNA. This internalization or mirroring of creation in the living is much more powerful since, with the exception of viruses and bacteria, all living forms were created by sexual selection, just as mathematical modeling is at the heart of all scientific knowledge. Concretely: sexuality created Thought in about 50k generations by co selection of female beauty and male psychic capacities.
Mirroring of Life in the human being, the meta being of the biological: from the point of view of the biological category we see that it has reflected its topological identity in one of its creations and made it explicit. The immanent self control of the cyanobacterium becomes explicit in the human being, who is conscious of his own self control. The human is a variety of monkey—the absolute variety, the absolute monkey that mimics purely, mentally, without gestures, with such perfection that its mimicries reach Being and begin to exist by themselves. These absolute mimicries are called ideas. An idea is a hypothesis, a simulation, a mentalized mimicry of the real. The specificity of the human species—intelligence—is simply the capacity to simulate, to mimic the real, to build mental models of it. The greater the intelligence, the more deep the simulation and the more capable it is of exact predictions. The absolute character of mimicry in man comes from the fact that it has reached the meta level of being, like the Turing machine: mimicry of mimicry—mimicking another who is mimicking, imagining what the other thinks. Since the other does the same, imagining what I think, inter mimicry, co simulation becomes the milieu, the metaphysical milieu in which meta mimicry settles. That is the object of interaction and that is thinking, because the presence of the interlocutor can be simulated; he does not need to be physically there, which makes the psychic—the inter simulation, the Between—the default mode of being for an absolute monkey, a meta monkey. For example, when I write this text I think, i.e.,I simulate the impact, in terms of mental simulation, that these sentences will create in the mind of you the reader.
Topological calculus: the internal of life inverts into the external of Thought, which exists by itself between humans, therefore outside individuals. Concretely: a living being that mimics is controlled from the outside, since its behavior follows the forms of the thing it is mimicking. The definition of what the being does is now outside: in the thing that is imitated; thus control has passed outside. Mimicking behavior inverts the internal topology of the living into a topology of the general external type.
Appearance of code by recursive mirror infinity: inter simulation is not tenable; its recursive mirror aspect sends directly to a blank and dull infinity like the one seen in fun fair mirror games. The need for a code—for a synchronization of simulations upon ideas designated by a precise coding—appears immediately. We thus pass to between simulation, simulation being henceforth triggered and focused by shared code. As a phenomenon, language can be understood as the stabilization of a mirroring that carries infinity, or more metaphysically as the verticalization (i.e.,in becoming, in time) of a horizontal infinity (i.e.,actual, in space). Through its infinite combinatorics, the code of category n preserves the recursive infinity of category n−1 while stabilizing it.
Somewhere in mathematics there must exist a theory that formalizes this metaphysical model and formalizes the essence “mirror infinity→code” of Reality itself, and demonstrates that a recursive mirroring dynamism stabilizes by itself through the spontaneous appearance of a code (remark: in mathematics it is not the appearance but the functioning of code that is modeled by logic), carrier beings appearing as natural fixed point in a fixed point semantics. This code, and the ideas—the common ways of mimicking—that are designated or constructed in it, no longer exist only outside the living organism but Between absolute mimicking organisms, by co mimicry.
Totality relation at the heart of the carrier being: from the metaphysical point of view, the human being is first of all a biological being; its metaphysical identity is that it is a being under internal control, in this case controlled by the functioning of its brain, by its psyche. But the psychic is entirely made of ideas, therefore of objects whose metaphysical identity is the Between, which is a kind of external. So the human being has a final identity that is constructed from the negation of its first identity: human identity contains the totality relation; it is Totality. The logic of what it is is constructed from the negation of that logic: it is itself from the negation of itself inside itself; therefore it is All: self + non self.
Dephasing and transmission of constructivity: as a living being, a being of the bearing category, the human being is dephased with respect to itself, incapable of understanding itself, i.e.,incapable of constructing a total meta mimicry of itself. As a being of the carried category, a being of Thought, the human is no longer dephased and becomes constructive, i.e.,a place of existence for ideas transmitted by language.
By saturation of possibles, Thought ends up returning to itself in the Turing machine, which again produces a meta dephasing and transmits constructivity into the carried category of the digital.
As the meta of Life, human meta-mimicry embodies the entirety of Life; through virtual imitation, it contains every possible form of internal control that Life can produce. Furthermore, through recursive embodiment, it encompasses all the possibilities of the Matter and Quanta categories. To put it simply: it embodies the entire preceding infinity of Reality itself.
Saturation of the possibles of the bearing category: the appearance of mimicking behavior—a virtual behavior which, through imitation, can be any behavior—presupposes a saturation of possible neurological behaviors and a global Earth ecosystem stabilized by a long evolution of life.
Real infinity: through Thought, the human being can fictionally be anything: any other human being, but also a swallow flying, a photon launched at the speed of light, the code of a game software, etc.
Causal autonomy: ideas know only other ideas, transmitted by language. Everything said here, for example, exists in the philosophical corpus in relation to other philosophical sayings.
Meta causality of the living: human neuro psychic behavior is under the control of human ideas; likewise the organic has become technique, which is created by ideas. This meta causality surely rests on a neurological virtualization: an idea is a free behavior detached from its inputs and outputs, which are neurologically fixed in animals. An idea can connect and lead to any other idea; this is very obvious in dreams where causalities mix without limit: it is a free behavior.
Throughput of beings: it is much faster to create an idea than a behavior by natural selection of species.
Singularity of the carrier being: the human species carries a multitude of singular traits as a species and living organism: the supernatural aspect of young girls and by far the longest growth; the only species to use language; to have feet; the largest brain; the placenta most intimately connected to the uterus of all mammals; the largest penis among primates; etc.
Upward external biological link: Thought is an infinity absolutely independent of the biological, but it will mold itself into the form of its support, the human body. Its first characteristic is the extreme length of its maturation: the frontal lobes of the brain are only finally mature at 25, the age of majority among the Romans. This prolongation of the state of minority shapes the infinity of Thought into submission to the Great, to alpha dominant ideas, which will create a herd effect, an ethnic aggregation around these ideas, which play exactly the role of the alpha dominant animal in other gregarious mammals. Thus, as soon as one speaks in public at a global human level—which is specific to ethnicity (in the West it is the racial and sexual level)—speech must manifest complete submission to these alpha dominant ideas, otherwise it triggers immediate social death. Alpha dominant ideas have an immanent, unconscious character; they follow a logic of negation of the real, 180° opposed to the evidence of the real, so as to test whether the individual is submissive or whether he reacts and must be destroyed. A complete analysis of this upward external link makes it possible to construct a complete anthropology explaining why the human body has the form it has, how this form created Thought over 7 million years by sexual selection, what structures this creates at the level of lived Thought, to describe dysfunctional aspects (a theory of Evil), and finally to construct an entirely new theory of the State, grounded metaphysically and disruptive of the current Judeo Athenian system of social predation: anti predation, where the only role of the State is to destroy predation, but in a universal sense infinitely broader than the Athenian democratic system limited to predation of power by tyrants. This anthropology being a very important development and distinct from the metaphysical object of this treatise, it cannot be included.

This is a biological description but it is metaphysically backed up in the MCogito system: it’s the upward n to n+1 control link from the Life category n to the Thought categogy n+1, the biological conformation of the recursive infinite of Thought.
