And the thing which is doing the experiencing (consciousness) is the same for all. Only the form through which the experience is happening, is different.

The central claim: Consciousness and wavefunction collapse are two descriptions of a single process.
The method: Integrate, synthesise, look for coherence - not just empirical verification of fragments.
The goal: A model of the whole of reality - the whole elephant.
My position: Consciousness is fundamental.
Your position: You propose a participatory, meaning-infused cosmology where mind is woven into the fabric of the cosmos.
My position: The Hard Problem is the ground.
Your position: You identify the HP, MP, and cosmology as three manifestations of a single deeper confusion.
My position: Language introduces duality.
Your position: You identify dualistic thinking as the core problem - materialism and idealism are two halves of Descartes’ dualism.

Your position: You explicitly agree with the blind men and the elephant - and say nobody is looking for the whole.

My position: If all formations are expressions of consciousness, then wavefunction collapse - if it is a process - is also an expression. It is not the same as consciousness. It is a formation within it.

Yes, mind is different from consciousness.
I agree with some of this, but not all. Yes, consciousness is the same everywhere. What is different is the thing experiencing its self/its being/its nature.
I do not think consciousness is a thing. I think it is a fundamental property of our reality. As mass and charge are. It is the capacity to subjectively experience.
Oh yes he did. His masterpiece was called A Treatise of Human Nature: Being an Attempt to Introduce the Experimental Method of Reasoning into Moral Subjects.
In that title “Moral Subjects” means “conscious beings”. In plain English, the whole subtitle literally means “Being an attempt to create a science of consciousness”.
