The TOE - via Logical Necessity

The TOE

0. There is Something; It can’t have an opposite; ‘Nothing’ cannot even be meant; The Something is ungenerated and deathless; it is Ever.

1. The Something is causeless since there cannot be an infinite regress.

2. Causelessnesss necessitates Timelessness; The Something can’t itself be inside a temporal sequence, as that would need explaining; thus, it is a static block.

3. The Causeless Timeless Permanent Something has no input; thus, it is Everything possible, plenitude, in a superposition. Since there’s no input to select among possibilities, nothing gets excluded — so all possible states obtain, with no arbitrary act of selection. This is like the ultimate multiverse but in static form,

4. The Causeless Timeless Permanent Everything can have an ordering relation that becomes Time in our temporal realm, but it can’t have planning/thinking or anything temporal with a before and after, as it is outside of that framework and has no internal history. No mind, no ‘God’.

Time is really just an ordering we impose on a timeless configuration space. Our universe’s time-index is itself a derived/emergent variable rather than a fundamental one.

  1. The Permanent has no components and thus qualifies as Fundamental since it is partless, as non-composite. A Mind would be composite.

6. Our temporal mode is more like a necessary expression of what the Permanent already, timelessly, is, “appearing as” the world without becoming it.

The Permanent doesn’t act, decide, or rearrange — it simply overflows as a timeless self-expression. The explicate order of separate objects and events “unfolds” — and the unfolding is continuous, not something that happens to the implicate order from outside.

7. The temporal expression of our universe had to be already be statically present in the timeless realm, among others, perhaps, as Everything.

8. The temporal realm forms have to be temporary. Composite things can always, in principle, fall back apart, eventually.

9. In our Universe’s Beginning, matter and anti-matter came forth in the Bang. In the hot, dense early universe, energy converted into matter and antimatter in equal measure because the conservation laws governing particle creation require it. Symmetry is the default; it’s the asymmetry that needs explaining.

When energy converts into matter, the only mathematically consistent ways to do it are ones that keep total charge, baryon number, and lepton number at zero (since they start at zero, in the pure-energy/radiation state).

10. The Wheeler-DeWitt equation reads Ĥ|Ψ= 0; there is no time variable in it. The universal wavefunction is a single, static, timeless object describing all possible configurations of the universe at once.

Time doesn’t appear as a parameter the wavefunction evolves in — it is an emergent feature of correlations within that static state: time emerges from entanglement between subsystems, not from anything external ticking.

The fundamental Something is still here as a single timeless configuration space, and what we call ‘time’ is just the particular ordering relation we, as embedded observers, read off certain correlations within it.

11. The Speed of Light is the constant that makes space and time able to be combined into a single geometric object at all — which is a structural fact about the four-dimensional block, not a measured rate of travel in the ordinary sense.

ds² = -(c·dt)² + dx² + dy² + dz²

Notice c·dt — time doesn’t get combined with space directly; it has to be multiplied by c first to even have the same units (length) as the spatial terms.

c is less as “a speed that happens to be constant” and more as a structural feature of spacetime itself — the maximum rate at which cause can propagate to effect, and the conversion factor built into the geometry connecting the “space” and “time” axes.

12. Consciousness is fundamental, not emergent. Since consciousness can’t be reduced to structure, is to say proto-consciousness is a basic property of the Permanent itself, running in perfect parallel, neither reducible to the other, both equally fundamental expressions of the same one thing. Physical structure" and experience aren’t two different substances or a base/derived pair — they’re the same timeless ground.

13. Humans feel free will only because we’re conscious of our desires but ignorant of the causes that produced them. Freedom isn’t absence of causation; it’s understanding your own causal nature so thoroughly that you act from your own necessity rather than blind external compulsion; It’s meta view, as witnessing your self from above or beyond.

Can this TOE be so?
