Well, that’s an ambiguous and open question. It might be logically possible for there to be a universe with a cosmological constant equal to pi, but it might not be (meta-)physically possible. Perhaps it’s necessary that all physical constants be rational numbers. Perhaps it’s necessary that some physical constants be positive and some be negative. Perhaps there’s some necessary upper- or lower-bound.
So despite there being infinite numbers it might be that, when applied to proposed physical constants, there are in fact only finite possibilities. It might even be that our physical constants are the only possible physical constants, and so we need appeal to neither intelligent design nor a multiverse.
