Strawman. I’ve not proposed any “theory of time”.
I am not saying that it is your theory. I am saying that the theory that you cited is a theory that time has a definite beginning.
My point is that some changes don’t need wait. If you try out throwing stone to window, you will see it instantly. No wait. Guaranteed in anywhere, any time in the world.
You have not clarified what the universe includes, and what it covers physically and in space.
By waiting, I don’t mean a couple of seconds that you can observe. It could be a small fraction of a second.
Again, I have not mentioned any “theory of time” but instead have referred to spacetime (dynamic topological structure (i.e. the universe)), based on modern relativistic-quantum cosmology, in order to counter the conceptually incoherent premises of your metaphysical argument (OP).
And I said that, whether you believe in the block universe or not. The block universe is the consequence of special relativity.
Another false dichotomy. 
A third (more likely, non-question begging) option: there is no explanation for why the universe exists.
What you are suggesting is an option for another dichotomy: 1) There is no explanation why reality exists, 2) There is an explanation why reality exists.
Stop confusing the issue and respond to what I’ve actually stated.

Time is your perception. It doesn’t exist in the real world. Changes don’t need time at all. Whether you time changes or not, change happens.

We have been through all of these in the past. I am not interested in changing people’s minds if they are not willing to learn new things.
This is not new things. I has been discussed since ancient times. Your illusion on time seems to be the main barrier for understanding the reality.
Consider when you were a teenager. Time must have been very slow for your perception. Now, if you are over middle aged man, then time passes a lot quicker. 1 year feels like 6 months or 3 months in that time of life. Why is that? Because time is your perception. Your perception slows down as you get older.
Look at the sky without watching your clock or watch. You don’t know what time it is. But sky changes with clouds moving getting brighter and darker. It doesn’t need time. You don’t know what time it is. But change happens.

You are certainly confusing psychological time with physical time.
Physical time is just a civil contract in the societies.
If the top man in your country declares tomorrow is year 0, and 1 day is whenever somebody says Hi, then you will have to follow that time system.
But the Moon moves regardless of whether you look at it or not!
Sure it does. Moon doesn’t need time to move. It just moves.
There are changes and motions. I said it to you before. As Kant said, time is your intuition in perception.
You need to try to define what the universe is, in your premise P1, if you want to try again to prove your conclusion. The universe as a temporal thing is too inadequate for meaningful premise. There is no beef in that statement.

You cannot define speed without the passage of time. Everybody knows that! Kant, at least, should have learnt what Newton taught.
